Dear Teams Members

Due to a technical problem with the website, many of you have not been receiving our posts. Hopefully this has been resolved and you should be receiving emails from us now on.

If anyone has failed to receive a post, and has subscribed to our website, please check your email spam box and mark the END Teams GB email as “not spam”. If there is still nothing, please notify Web Editors by using our contact form and we’ll be in touch to make sure we have the correct details for you.

New For You

You may have thought that we have been a little quiet of late, and that we’ve suddenly burst into life, but that’s because behind the scenes we’ve been setting up some new pages.  These include photographic records of our activities in Swanwick – Photos Here – along with additional resources from our wonderful Province Team and other contributors – Swanwick Resources.

Turin 2024

Check out our post about the Turin Gathering – Turinwhich includes a link to the application form.  Be sure to complete that before 1st July 2023.

Written Contributions Appeal

We are particularly keen on receiving some written articles by our newer members of Teams telling us why they joined, sharing their experiences.

How did you find Teams of Our Lady? Why did you join? What is like to join Teams of Our Lady? Where are you? What has it meant for you? Did you come into an already established Team? Have you been involved in setting up a new Team?

We have some super video testimonials of couples in Teams sharing with us very briefly what Teams of Our Lady is to them to go alongside your stories.  They will be published soon, and will be great to show when you’re talking to others who might be interested in joining us.

We know from the website that people are interested in joining Teams, even setting up a new Team.  We want to support them to do this, and welcome them into the Teams of Our Lady family.  You can play a big part in that.

Retreat – Minsteracres

We’ve just been contacted by Geoffrey Bockett, Director of Minsteracres Retreat Centre where they are running a retreat entitled: “Who Was Mary The Mother Of Jesus? Come And See Retreat” Given that Our Lady was central to our National Gathering at Swanwick, this may well be of interest.  The link to the retreat that runs from Wednesday 20th – Friday 22nd September 6.30pm-2pm is – here.

Talents and Skills

We also want to share the talents and skills of our Teams members who have been inspired by the Spirit working through them.  Coming soon is some poetry from John Pearson of Middlesbrough 1, and I’m hoping that some promised contributions from other writers and photographers in our number will be included in the near future.

Please send your article to: WebEditors@Teamsgb.org.uk
