Teams of Our Lady (often called Teams) is an international, welcoming community of Christian married couples, rooted in the Catholic faith.
Teams helps couples:

Couples are supported through friendship, prayer, and regular meetings with others who understand the joys and challenges of married life.
Today, Teams is the largest lay Catholic movement in the world.
